Dress up for the tea party at Josh's home in Woodlands, TX. We got to spend a couple of days at Josh's home before leaving for Oregon.
On our way, we stopped at the Big Texan restaurant. I got to sit in the largest rocking chair ever! The seat was as long as my legs!
In Amarillo, Texas, we stopped at the palo duro canyon - such a beautiful place! We would have loved to have more time here.
Thanks to my brilliant idea, we walked barefoot down stream in the little river at the bottom of the canyon. You couldn't see thru the water - scary! A snake actually swam by my leg - yikes!
Finally, on our way over the cascade mountain pass in Oregon! lots of laughter! The trees smelled so good! fresh air!
